Swans of our Swimming Lake

This pair is always on the Gouille and they do not accept other swans on it at all. Last week I witnessed another two swans being bullied by these two. Yet every year they manage to raise several youngsters so I guess they chase them away when they are big enough to fly too.

David is home and fine. Thanks for your good wishes. Typically the cats ignored him, I guess it wasn’t feeding time!
