I had a bad night , but today was pretty good . I shared a yoga class with my Lincluden class, then drove to Annan for a meeting with the manager of Kate’s kitchen.
When I arrived the cafe was buzzing as the 2 course free meal was about to be served . I had been contacted last year about teaching yoga classes for the well-being of clients and staff /volunteers. Covid and funding applications have delayed this, but it’s finally going ahead mid April .

Kate’s kitchen aims to alleviate social isolation, poverty, their causes and consequences within our community and, in so doing, recognise the value of EVERY individual.
After that I went up to the hospital to see mum .
