Blackness Castle

Headed out to get some fresh air this afternoon and it was certainly a bit on the breezy side down on the coast at blackness castle - great place to visit though and we all enjoyed wandering through the place trying to imaging what life would have been like all those years ago when it was inhabited

Apart for the buildings (goes without saying!!) we reckon that the view across to fife would have been the same.....so this is a picture from the jetty looking back towards the castle....a bit sunny in the background but with a wee bit of help from Lightroom, I have managed to create this image..
