dead man's hill

l felt l needed a bit of fresh air so agreed to walk over one hill with M and then spend some time blipping round the dam. hailstone, horizontal freezing rain and bog meant we had both had enough after this hill! l can recommend the cafe at the bottom next to the dam. the dams themselves were most impressive and so l am glad of an excuse to revisit the area to finish the walk another day.
