New Neighbours?

I'm hoping we are getting new neighbours coming to live in the garden. This Great Tit was spending some time looking inside, and out, at the nesting box. They also noted that they have a fast-food place very close by (hanging in the arch). When it perched on the roof, it seemed to be looking at me. I was wondering if it had any questions but no, it flew off.
The box has been there for a few years, probably 3 or maybe even 4, but we've never had any nesting birds in it. A Blue Tit once showed interest but didn't make an offer on the place.
The right hand photo is terribly out of focus but it's the only one I could get of it looking at me. I hope it doesn't think it's got nosey neighbours!
