Great timing!

A lovely night last night for Granda Ross's birthday. Great to have everyone together for lots of catching up, laughter and an excellent meal. The cake seemed to go down quite well too :-)
We had a lovely visit from our niece and her boyfriend for tea and cake this afternoon too. They live in Melton Mowbray so we don't get to see them very often. It's a good job I'd rustled up some Malteser slice this morning!
Been a rather wet and wild day but luckily for us we timed our walk rather well and managed to stay dry and even enjoy some sunshine.
I think the 'back to school' depression has really hit us this evening but bags, uniforms and Norman weapons are all organised so we're going to relax with 'Tomorrow Never Dies' and see if that lifts the mood!
