And relax!

Did a burst of email to clear the backlog, jumped in the car and drove south. Listened to the last book group book, Sea State, the whole way (not sure I liked it that much, but it perfectly fitted my time in the car and I kept listening so it wasn’t too bad), drove through snow and sun and rain, and had to put up with quite a lot of slow traffic and road works. Took 8 hours in the end, but arrived at the lovely little cottage near Holt and nipped into town for some fish and chips to launch our holiday.
