Getting there!

My lovely brother and sister in law came over for the afternoon. She and I spent much of it on the sofa, researching a secret project - at least, secret from my brother, who was upstairs doing more work in my bathroom, bless him. The skirting, shower surround and door frame are now on - in a beautiful walnut which I now need to oil - and I just need to order some more for the hot press door surround.

Quite a simple lunch - but they're foodies, so I don't do complicated - warm roast chicken pick 'n' mix salad :-)
