Notes: Mostly quiet day, Cut up a pineapple (haven't bought one in awhile). Had cooked some black beans and tried a recipe - I altered, mixed and matched quite a bit - for black bean burgers. One recipe thought baking was the best but I think I would pan fry next time in avocado oil. And they needed to be a bit bigger, good taste tho, especially with fresh sweet potato fries. Tired most of the day but wasn't able to nap. Mom called in the evening.
