out and about

Sarah had an early start this morning, travelling to Loch Lomond to catch a ferry and run 20 miles of the West Highland Way with the running club. She was meeting up with them in Dumfries for a car share, so I shared the first 5 miles and walked home.

After a chilly start, it was mild later on, so I've been outside for most of the day, doing some more gardening and then a wee litter pick. It was the day for the annual community litter pick in Irongray -  I just did the roads around our house. Had a nice cup of tea afterwards from the Kelly Kettle - lovely to just sit in the woods and listen to the birds being busy all around.

I'm quite tired now, so will get the tea on and then have a relaxing evening :-)
