A trip into Leeds today.
So a wander through the Corn Exchange, Victoria Quarter and delightful lunch at Mowgli.

Our past shapes our future.
Block by block we build firm foundations that turn into skyscrapers.
From humble beginnings, big ideas, visions turned into real life features.
We are the makers, we are the creators.
Dream big surpass your imargin, it all stops when you stop moving, so keep on grinding.
Live how you dream, dream how you want to live.
You can I can we all can.
It all starts with your imagination.”
Ma Maposa

These words are inscribed on the walls of the Corn Exchange, also the place where Alice Martha Bacon, the first woman MP for Leeds, held constituency surgeries.  As a social reformer she introduced comprehensive education and championed the abolition of the death penalty and the decriminalising of homosexuality.

Quite a place.
Picture …. Corn Exchange. Extra …. Victoria Quarter.
