Brekkie

The sky was too beautiful to stay in bed so 7.30 and back in Porty for a big walk then a bigger breakfast. Love the colours
Less so the spinach, a bit too leafy for me.
Turkish baths, lots of cold plunges and then back down to Melrose for visiting hours. Herbie looking brighter and had a scan and thankfully a new consultant who was actually caring and kind to her. Staying in for more scans and tests.
Felt queasy the rest of the day ( dodgy spinach) so home via my normal medicine of Alandas and the papers.
Was that the weekend? Gone in a flash
