A Sea of Colour at the Park
The Park's island flower borders are a sea of yellow. It wasn't until I knelt down to take this shot that I realised that there were a lot of these tulips dotted throughout the primulas. I think they were probably intended to stand more proud of the massed primulas but maybe they planted dwarf tulips by mistake or the primulas took over and swamped them. Effective anyway.
I have never done selective B&W effect before and didn't realise there was a guided example in Photoshop Elements. Not sure it works that well here but it matched the grey wet day whilst providing a backdrop to the vibrance of the yellow border.
