Across The Finish Line

This is Yearofhappy crossing the finishing line at the Skipton Triathlon which I went to watch for a couple of hours to cheer R on. It was well attended and wet when R was running and cycling and I believe she achieved a better time than she was expecting.

Well done R! You're a braver woman than me :)

It was too wet to get out the DSLR so this was taken with the iPhone.

I was then out early evening for a meal with friends and now it's time to chill and catch up on blips before it's back to work tomorrow. Why do weekends go by too quickly?

It is 4 weeks today to the half marathon and it's 4 weeks of healthy eating and no alcohol.
