Battery re-fuel.
Ten minutes only. Just enough time to see how the olive pruning is coming along, check on the fruit trees, olive budding and grafts.
The pink flower is on a spontaneous plant that just about manages a handful of flowers each season and that is all. I am convinced that it is a quince tree and since it is full of flowers this year, I hope to see some fruit and discover if I am right.
Ten minutes in my heaven re-fuels my batteries and is worth for ever anywhere else, except when I am with my g.kids.
Speaking of g.kids, little R had a very special day last Saturday. He took part in his very first rugby event and several mothers were moved to tears when he actively took part and helped his team to score.
You can see his team in the extra, which I STOLE and if you read below you will know what all the fuss was about and will forgive me.
Beneath the foto was "Yesterday, 2 April was world autism day for AUTISM awareness. At Rugby Anzio Club we are aware every day, we are fearless, we do not fear the ghost, we attack it and score, TOGETHER".
