Notes: Did qigong first thing and then got the green tea latte process down (3rd times a charm) - so good but is fairly labor intensive and here's the gadgets needed not including the kettle for a bit of hot water. And I didn't forget the honey this time! Did get a little sun time out late morning. Lots of Amy time, work and interaction today. Another day that went quickly! Nice big thunderstorms that came in around 7 and lasted for several hours.
