Notes: Woke early and back to bed - more deep dreams and didn't wake up easily. Mid morning I took a quick trip to the nearby Publix for a handful of things (most for Dr Berg's recipes). Took a side road on the way back and the purple on this was shining so brightly it almost didn't look real! Went to the pool for a bit when I returned and then made some eggs w/ sautéed zucchini and cabbage mixed w/ tofu stir-fry. Read more of The Alchemist, felt tired most of the day again. Around 330p, did a meditation that went into a deep sleep and took quite awhile to wake up from - was almost 530p and felt off the rest of the night. Temp got up to 84 inside while I was napping - hottest day yet I think.
