A chill wind..

from WNW  and not that much sun but just enough to keep us cheerful and to dry the washing.
I love that these daffodils were already here when we bought the house 28 years ago next week.  Other than giving them time to die down after blooming each year and recently a foliar feed after flowering we have done nothing and every year they are magnificent.  I took this photo to paint but perhaps I won't it would be hard to do it justice.  
Husband feeling a little better.  Quiet day .. discovered three more friends have the virus or have just had it.... the herd is growing.
