To Bath today to visit the Bugsnag team and meet our CPO, Dan. I park on a steep hook on the outskirts, surrounded by lush residential buildings, one of them flying the Ukrainian flag.

After work, I join the commuters heading back to Bristol. I miss an exit and end up shaking past Templemeads before I can turn back to Lower Castle Street.

I check in, grab my laptop, and head for the grandiosely titled Empire Room to deliver a talk for Agile Bath & Bristol. It goes well enough, and soon I am in the bar with Rob and Austin. It’s as if the last two years has never happened. Almost.
