First cut of the year!

This morning we both went to get our second booster shot - they were approved last week for the 50+ age group. It was a gloomy day thus far, so we took our exercise early afternoon at the fitness centre, swimming 50 lengths. By the time we had finished however, there were some glimpses of sunshine and it was dry, so When we got back Roger gave the grass it’s first cut of the year - at least he got the front done and half of the back, but at that point he had to stop as he had a Trustees meeting at church. The rest is going to have to wait a few days now, as rain is in the forecast.
