Trainlines

Our new BBC show is set on a train that is travelling the length of the country so the first thing that went on the walls of the writers’ room was a map which everyone spent ages pouring over.  

Busy day juggling projects but at least L is back from her long weekend in Vegas. 

Our big meeting with a broadcaster was bumped to a zoom because of Covid but she didn’t seem too ill.  

Much fury in the industry about the government’s ignorant and cavalier attitude to Channel 4. But also concern…it’s like having a drunk driver at the wheel
