Day Off

Well - sort of.    No work but after a run of work days the backlog at home means I've been kept busy all day.   The house is tidier and cleaner.  Laundry up to date.  Multiple phone calls for Ruth and Jamie plus some paperwork completed.   On a bright afternoon Meg and I headed for Rhydyronen, the hamlet pictured above with the Fathew valley and Cader Idris beyond.   The caravan immediately to the left of the cottage with the red door is on the spot where my parents family van stood for the first fifteen years of this century.

This evening Tilda arrived for an Easter visit and I gave a talk to the Dublin AGS group via Zoom which was well received.   Two days at work in the cafe followed by a visit to Ruth in Birmingham mean it will be a week before I have another day at home .... and then it's the busy Easter week at work.  Looking forward to May already!
