Never Mind the Weather

With the longer days and the stronger sunshine, the alpine plants march on into flower, just as they would in their native habitats.   Another form of Primula marginata, in another small trough out in the garden in all weathers.

A busy and productive day.   Work this morning, prepping the next decorating job, a positive early afternoon meeting for Jamie followed by a session  with Tim.   Muffins were baked and iced for the Health Centre tomorrow and he's started rubbing down one of the several old wooden benches that we have outside.  It's going to look fab when it's done.   I walked Meg down on the beach and did another hour at work before tea.   The arctic wind has gone and with the sun breaking through this afternoon it's felt a good bit warmer .... well less cold anyway!
