Buffet

We had lunch at the best buffet in Las Vegas (Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan). It was all fantastic (except for the meh sushi and vegetable dumpling). Particular standouts were the beef tataki (a truly perfect bite of food) and the steamed pork bun (the best I've had except for one I had in Hong Kong).

Tuna crudo with mandarin and pistachio, beef tataki with citrus ginger ponzu and dehydrated duck egg, Caesar salad with white anchovy and lavash, green chili tamale, carnitas taco, blackened basa with peas and pea shoots, shrimp cocktail, bone marrow with short rib, spicy mac and cheese, steamed crab legs, tri tip, cilantro chicken, garlic prawn, steamed pork bun, vegetable dumpling, sushi, coconut panna cotta with berries, chocolate cannoli cone, carrot cake, cheesecake, key lime tartlette, and chocolate covered strawberries.
