Benedict

Lobster eggs Benedict and roasted potatoes.

This was my final meal of our Las Vegas trip. We had brunch at Lago at the Bellagio before driving home. The Benedict was excellent. The hollandaise was freshly made (not bland from a mix like what is found at most restaurants). More impressively, the bread base (not an English muffin) was freshly griddled and made in house.
