The Cushioning Effects Of Fa La La

Originally a piece of furniture, cushions date back many centuries. In the Middle Ages they were huge, covered with leather and used to sit on, usually by lower ranking people of the household.
Cushions were also used as a status symbol, the more cushions you owned the wealthier you were. We'd be pretty well off if that was still the case now!
I wish I could say today's blip was motivated by my desire to enlighten my fellow blippers with a brief history of cushions but it was because I hadn't seen anything blipworthy all day and I was literally sitting next to it! I do like the colours though!
