Blossom on the Green

There’s been a lot of fuss over planting new cherry trees on the Green. Some few felt that cherry stones would be a problem. But common sense has prevailed, and new flowering trees will be added to fill in gaps.
We went shopping for a couple of cheap lightweight garden chairs. We bought two sacky ‘festival’ chairs; we’ll be having our own festival in Richmond Park and other local spots.
