Ripples….

Maisie had a quick swim at the end of our early morning walk. The previously tranquil reflective water was full of ripples after her swim. I encourage her to get into the river if only to wash her feet and lower legs. She often looks very grubby at the end of a walk. There is nothing ladylike, clean and dainty about our girl. She is a very busy dog and is expert at finding nasty places in which to roll. She snacks on rabbit and duck droppings and acorns. A country girl at heart.
