Sewing and cake combo

Sewing at Sturton today. I took a bag of jobs to do and only got the bunting finished, and a bit of unpicking to start an alteration. There is always cake, but this month it was special as it was D’s birthday.

Home for a quick rest and a walk for Amber. We did get a little wet, but soon dried out.

R & S arrived bearing goodies to cook dinner. One of our Christmas present special gifts. It was Japanese this time and I had my fingers crossed that it wasn’t going to be raw and cold as we experienced in Japan in 2019. 

It was delicious and such fun. (Pic in extras). I was amazed at what they produced in such a short period of time. I would eat all of the dishes again, so R has sent me a link for the website that she used.
