All About

It's been a while since I blipped a heron, so here he is (or maybe it's a she ). I set of early for work to have time to visit the harbour and make the most of the sunny morning. There were at least four herons around all hungry for food and the local fisherman was kind enough to throw them some fish, he says it's been a hard winter for them and today there is still this cold wind, so no change to our weather pattern.
There are no honey bees around and very few bumble bees, as a gardener this a worrying situation!
