On the Nest

A good day which started with a short running race that myself and 'A' did well in.  It was a pleasure to run on such a sunny day and we were all finished by 9.40am.
Later on there was cooking with cakes and soup, cleaning, gardening and walking.  Also a quick visit to the boat house.
This is our lovely Craiglockhart swan who started laying her eggs on 20th March-and so far all is going well.  The male is very pumped up and ready to attack anything.
