Repotting

We went to Dobbies today for garden supplies and plant pots as some of my indoor plants needed repotting. It was a joy to do so in the potting shed.

I also sowed some more seeds and know have various herbs, flowers and courgettes waiting to germinate.  T picked up some tomato plants which have been put into grow bags in the greenhouse. 

I continued getting to know my pie maker - today's filling was chicken and mushrooms cooked in white wine and pesto.  I also used a short crust pastry mix rather than making my pastry from scratch. Not only was this easier but it resulted in better pastry and so may be the method of choice from now on.
