And ….. Relax

The last few days have been exhausting, I have definitely needed to wind down today for my own good. Telling Dad that Mum had passed away was not easy, and navigating the things that need doing and making rapid decisions was testing too.

I suggested to our eldest niece (who does this sort of thing) that it would be good to set up a family Zoom meeting, so that I could explain where we are up to. Brother and sister and partners, and five of our nieces, all on one screen. It went well, and we’ve also set up an overall WhatsApp group to help coordination. There are lots of photos being uploaded. In lots of them Mum is laughing - she laughed a lot.
