Swanning around

After the day I have had at work, it would be great to reintroduce the ability to 'swan around' in the office. Is that not in the job description for civil servants? No time to get through work, no time to read, think or even speak to colleagues about non-business things. Even if those days ever existed, I think they definitely need to be reintroduced - hey and lets call it 'down time'. Oh what to be a swan...
