When?

Gordon managed to pick up a copy of the latest update to the A66 Northern Trans-Pennine project. Trying to sort out what is actually going to happen, and why, is confusing to say the least. There has been a consultation ongoing for a long time and changes have had to be made to the proposed plans because of public pressure and other reasons. I suppose they have to get it right, but one wonders whether it will ever even get started, never mind finished. I am not sure we will still be living here to see it completed. And meanwhile there was another A66 fatality at the weekend.
