With the 13th Flag last week we were a quarter of the way through the year. A little frightening when one can see time going by so quickly but then, when I look on the back of these where I have written a few lines about what was happening whilst I was doing each one, it is amazing to think how the news has changed completely over such a short period of time.

I was posting this on Instagram along with everyone else and thought I would add it to my journal record.
