What à fabulous place to visit a glorious day for a Wellness Walk.

Local legend has it that the circle, often incorrectly called Swinside Stone Circle, is formed from stones intended for a church that was never built as each night the Devil would cast the stones down in anger.
As the circle predates Christianity by at least a thousand years even this old old name seems wrong. Somethings are simply best not worried about. Something we discussed on today's walk.
