Today is a day I never want to repeat, it’s been brutal!

Manning reception, alone, on a Monday. With 2 busy clinics running. Say no more.

Positives for today though far outweighed the stresses.
There was huge appreciation for the new coffee machine (& pods) that I took in for everyone, which helped to wash down the Cinnabon buns (that I’d got last night via the 2 good 2 go app).

Even bigger appreciation was for the mop heads that they’ve been asking for forever. Sometimes, it is just the little things that make the biggest difference :-)
