Fiona, Animals and Eggs

Spring break so we took Fiona to the zoo.  Very cold (not for her apparently) very uncrowded and we saw lots of good animals, both of us got good photos  and had a lovely walk out of our neighborhood.   Loved the baby wallaby in the pouch and the gorillas have 2 youngsters now….a 1 yo and a 2 yo.   We always love to watch those river otters…
Then we came home and decided to color eggs Ukranian style…only not the traditional wax method.

AND….tomorrow we are off for a mini 2 night adventure  to the ocean with Peter ,Fiona and Oskar who is off from school too.   Anne is finishing up her XRT this week so a few days of quiet will be appreciated over there I think.   It involves a drive where it snowed yesterday (!) but I think tomorrow will be OK.  stay tuned,..
