There was a certain amount of luck in this as The Boss was on a different side of the plane and got some views that he normally does not see. It did feel odd to be flying at all as we all sat there in masks and the cookies were handed out as we were leaving the plane so masks did not have to be removed for munching.....But it was a bigger than usual cookie so Air NZ are forgiven.
I was in an overhead locker and had a dark flight...
