Ponies in the Rain

We took an early walk into Westonbirt this morning, in the hope of spotting more than just trees. 

In fairness we were quite successful, and I captured a number of not-tree shots including the song thrush in the extra and a nuthatch, a couple of buzzards, several roe deer and a brown hare. 

Most of all though I liked this pair of resting polo ponies, quietly tolerating the rain as it fell about us.
