Bramble finally got her proper walk early evening and as we stepped into the park I spied these lovelies blooming down by the river in the shelter of a splendid tree.
Today was spent with Arthur who flitted from one thing to another, not his usual style. We had spoken on the phone before he came and he had requested a bath. In his imagination he is a surfer ( no idea where that came from ) so was “surfing “ in the bath . An excuse to do lots of splashing !
After he had gone and Bramble had been walked I was able to spend some time in the garden.
I’ve planted pumpkin seeds , chive seeds and a variety of wild flower seeds this evening. Hopefully some will germinate.
I have felt surprisingly tired today so I’m going to have an early night .
