Moving With The Wind

I'm finding it interesting to observe the effect that the sky, sun and wind have on the water. Different colours and patterns have emerged as the days go by. Looking back I have a mini collection, but they don't look related, maybe I need to work on that. The only thing connecting them is water and patterns.

I saw this patch of light in a shadier area and liked the criss-cross pattern, which I think came from the wind blowing erratically. In low light I have to widen the aperture and with a long lens there is some softness. But in this case it helps as sort of vignette to focus attention.
