Metal Trees in Sunderland !

I went to a meeting in Sunderland today. Walking by the river I came across this giant sculpture. It was a metal tree - I think. It seemed impressive, set against a cloudy sky with the sun starting to break out. It was very warm and windy, so different than the last 5 months of grey gloom.
