I travelled out of town this morning to share yoga at a 60th birthday celebration. I picked a little bouquet of spring flowers from my garden and painted this lotus flower to give to Sally , whose birthday it was . We shared a lovely yoga session together , then drank tea and went for a walk around the grounds of the Hidden Mill with Sally.

I’m lucky to have a job that enables me meet so many different people and teach in such different surroundings.
Im having a rest now , then going to see my Mum this evening.
