Lego Playground

Orla built this playground from Lego all by herself. The green thing on the left with the white pillars is a climbing frame; the little Lego girl is lying on the roundabout; the orange and brown pillar with the yellow rectangle on it is the see-saw; the yellow steps are the slide. She did it all by herself and we were very impressed with how imaginative she was and also how patient - even very recently she wouldn't have done all this on her own.

First day back at nursery after two and half weeks off. She said it was good. We managed to walk down and even though I gave myself half an hour to get us all ready and out of the house, we were still rushing and got there five minutes late. I left Conor with Mum and Dad and went into town to change the sling and get a few other bits and bobs.

I'm a bit concerned that we're not really going to get out for the rest of the week. The forecast looks atrocious.
