Fun Day

A change of plans - the grandchildren came today for their egg hunt. We dyed eggs and had a grand egg hunt. That clever Easter Bunny rallied and delivered the eggs a day early. We left a carrot in thanks!

My daughter-in-law picked up my grandson on her way home from work, and now we have my 8 yo granddaughter for the night. Always a joy! 

The garden continues to grow daily. The Tassel Ferns (Polystichum polyblepharum) are just unfurling! They're almost like little creatures...so fuzzy and full of character. 

Tomorrow I'll make Easter dinner for my mom and her elderly neighbor and will bring it over in the evening.
