Agosáu at ei ddiwedd ~ Nearing its end

Cerddais i i lawr y stryd y bore 'ma i fynd i'r masnachwyr adeiladwyr i brynu rhai o bren i weithio ar nenfwd Daniel. Mae'r dyn yn y siop yn gyfeillgar a chymwynasgar. Roeddwn i'n arfer poeni am fod ymhlith arbenigwyr pan wyddwn i ddim byd am y maes arbenigedd, ond yma - dim problem o gwbl. Rydw i'n gallu gofyn unrhywbeth a dydw i ddim yn teimlo chwithig.
Felly prynais i beth roeddwn i eisiau ac yn cerdded adre gyda llond braich o bren a dwy fwced fawr (i ddefnyddio yn yr ardd, ond dyna stori wahanol). Mae'n dda iawn i gael masnachwyr adeiladwyr mewn pellter cerdded.
Yn y prynhawn roeddwn i'n gallu dechrau ar y olaf ond un rhan o nenfwd Daniel - rhoi ffrâm o amgylch y 'Twinwall' tryleu. Mae'r gwaith yn agosáu at ei ddiwedd...
(Mae'r llun ydy Camelia mewn gardd pasiais ar hyd y ffordd i lawr y stryd)

I walked down the street this morning to go to the builders' merchants to buy some wood to work on Daniel's ceiling. The man in the shop is friendly and helpful. I used to worry about being among experts when I knew nothing about the area of expertise, but here - no problem at all. I can ask anything and I don't feel embarrassed.
So I bought what I wanted and walked home with an armful of wood and two large buckets (to use in the garden, but that's a different story). It's really good to have builders' merchants in walking distance.
In the afternoon I was able to start on the last but one section of Daniel's ceiling - putting a frame around the translucent 'Twinwall'. The work is nearing its end...
(The picture is a Camelia in a garden I passed along the way down the street).
