I walked up the loop line with Kathryn to buy a few bits from M&S before breakfast. It is almost ten thousand steps there and back so it was a good walk.

I walked down to Pat’s in the afternoon for a cuppa and as she needed some bits n bobs in Walkden I went back there with her. As we were in the car in was handy to get a few heavy things.
