Bluebells

I wasn’t sure if No.1 was up for a walk but she needed to fit in a cycle ride to prepare for three day fundraiser she has signed up to.  So far she has not done much training so JC worked out a route, they borrowed our bikes and off they went.  We decided to do a walk while they were out so went to see if the bluebells were out….. and they were, absolutely beautiful!  Home for a cup of tea and toast then OH collected MIL and I got on with cooking (again!).  I found a new recipe with spicy black bean sauce (so did MIL a separate piece of chicken ) and used up some of yesterdays left overs.

Lovely to have No.1 home but it always goes too quickly.
